Hi, Maxim Kheyfets! Thanks for joining us today. Tell us about your business. Who do you serve, how do you serve them, and what's the impact that your business and work makes?
AnyIntelli focuses on SaaS, software automation, and elastic environments, including analytical atolls and dashboards. Historically tech founders were focused on being first and guarding their data. As AI and overall sophistication of the cyber evolves into being first and enriching their data with meaningful process that's where elastic environments come to help.
They allow to be ready for existential adjustments from 12 directions to improve velocity with execution as code and blueprints.
Tell us about the moment you finally felt like you went from wantrepreneur to entrepreneur.
As person with tech background and who professionally matured in growth culture of a startup, it was remarkably inspiring to watch companies evolve, and support founders chasing their dreams.
Describe the moment or period in your life/career that motivated you to make the entrepreneurial leap.
Software engineering is a practical discipline. Hence AnyIntelli has grown and evolved in the past 15 years, in its pursuit to support founders, or myself as software engineer. It changed from being a software lab, to consulting founding customers, to venture studio chapter where it is now.
Describe a tool, service, or software that has been a game-changer for your business. How does it contribute to your success?
Evolution of Internet, open source, off-the-shelf software, LLM-tools and cloud computing made possible starting frugal, experimenting at micro-scale and designing scale-ready elastic environments.
We know that success is very often a non-linear path. Tell us about a failure, pivot point, or lesson that changed your course or direction and helped to get you where you are today.
Marathon is not a set of sprints, business like AnyIntelli is not marathon - it is an infinite game in continuously and incrementally getting better in founding new tech startups. Dream. Try. Learn. Repeat.
What unconventional strategy did you employ that significantly impacted your business?
Elastic environments do take time, and as platform they require considerable upfront investment into the process, before getting into actual business.
What’s something you wish you knew sooner that you’d give as advice for aspiring or newer entrepreneurs?
Things take time, and finding a small, but impactful project which you can gradually build into independent business is an art. That's work which I do inside of AnyIntelli's The Grωnd. The direction helps tech founders to come up with a roadmap of their lifetime practice.
